Last weekend, I Freecycled the two trailers that are on the farm. I was very surprised that 4-5 people wanted them and someone came out on Monday and started ripping the old "work" trailer apart. He removed most of the metal on the sides so tonight I burned it down... hopefully, what will be left will be mostly metal. either way, he has promised to clean everything up!

Of course, the fire was huge (wish you were here Alex) and the sheriff came up the driveway to make sure everything was OK. It burned fine though and nothing unexpected happened. I made several precautions like mowing a wide area around and it soaking the grass before starting the fire.

Holly's little brother Brian was expecting a little girl in august and he called tonight to say they lost it. No idea what happened, Marci noticed it wasn't moving much today so they went in for an ultra-sound and no heart beat could be found.

Update: The baby was still-born and the umbilical cord was wrapped around the neck twice, one of the loops was very tight, so this is most likely the cause of death. If there is a bright side to this tragedy it is that:
1) They didn't do anything wrong
2) Nothing genetic caused the problems...
